Update – June 2022

Recently, the 10 Class Locos team held a planning session to canvas and discuss ideas on how we progress the refurbishment of 10 Class Locomotive No. 18. In total, we had 17 attendees providing valuable contributions and ideas.

One thing that was made clear is the interest and support of the community and the team involved in seeing the 10 Class Locomotives refurbished and operational. We are excited to provide ongoing updates on the projects, which we will do through this News page! Keep an eye on this page for information and videos about the progress of the 10 Class Locos refurbishment projects.

Next Steps

Based on the work being undertaken by the team at 10 Class Locos, our next steps will be to identify and commission packages of work.

We appreciate the ongoing support of our community and appreciate all donations made to the cause.
