10 Class Locomotives Limited is reliant on active participation of volunteers from the community in achieving its goals.
This participation will be dependent on programs being undertaken by the Company from time to time. It is envisaged the initial opportunities will be in the refurbishment of Locomotive Number 18 as funding is secured.

When we are in a position to engage volunteers, we will advertise on this website. However, in the interim you can register your interest and areas of expertise by sending an expression of interest via our contact form.

The skill sets likely to be required initially will cover
- Project management
- Supervisory
- Specialist machinist and fabrication
- General maintenance and repairs
To provide guidance and direction for the engagement and management of Volunteers the Company has developed policies and procedures and a volunteer agreement.
