Springs Re-sprung on No.18

A milestone project of re-springing twelve heavy springs and resetting the height of Loco No. 18 is almost complete. The Springs have been re-sprung at Spencer’s Workshop in Cardiff and are being reinstalled. The vision of No. 18 in steam will soon be a reality.
